This 51-year-old patient always had been unhappy with the appearance for her nose her entire life. She felt her nose had a “hook” appearance and her nasal tip was droopy. She was also bothered by the fact that her nasal tip dropped even more when she smiled. She was looking for a nose with a straight nasal bridge and a tip that was more refined, lifted and that wouldn’t drop when she smiled.
She met with Dr Antunes at his Austin, Texas, Facial Plastic Surgery Practice for a consultation to discuss her options. During the exam Dr Antunes examined the inside and outside of her nose, discussed her goals and performed computer image morphing to confirm the patient’s goals with her rhinoplasty were realistic.
