This 23-year-old patient had been self-conscious about the shape of her nose all her life. She felt that the dorsal hump was a source of embarrassment for her and felt that it affected her confidence. She avoided pictures and was self-conscious when going on dates. She did not like the dorsal hump and felt that her nasal tip was droopy and bulbous. She was looking for a nose that was smaller in size, with a smooth nasal dorsum and a tip that was refined and lifted.
She met with Dr. Antunes at his Facial Plastic Surgery Practice in Austin, Texas, for a consultation to discuss her options. During the exam, Dr. Antunes performed computer image morphing to determine the patient’s goals with her rhinoplasty.
