- Revision Rhinoplasty
This 31-year-old patient had always been unhappy with the appearance of her nose. After a long wait, she submitted to a rhinoplasty while living in Hawaii. Initially, she was happy with her results, but felt the swelling that she thought was supposed to go away actually never did. Over the years, she noticed asymmetries on her nasal tip that progressively worsened. She was looking for a nose with a smooth, straight nasal bridge and a more refined, lifted tip with a smooth contour.
She met with Dr. Antunes at his Facial Plastic Surgery Practice in Austin, Texas, for a consultation to discuss her options. During the exam, Dr. Antunes examined the inside and outside of her nose, discussed her goals, and performed computer image morphing to confirm that the patient’s goals with her revision rhinoplasty were realistic.
